1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

DOCHI Garb currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary depending on carrier, location, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.


4. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Because we utilize dropshipping and multiple fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Please note that tracking information may take several days to update after the order has shipped. Temporary delays in tracking updates are normal and do not indicate that your shipment has been lost.


6. SHIPPING DELAYS

DOCHI Garb is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs (if applicable), weather conditions, incorrect address information, or events outside our control.


7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, DOCHI Garb is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

We will assist by providing relevant shipping information when possible, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed in these cases.


8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. DOCHI Garb is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
